What is Jurisprudence Training?

Beginning in 2017, all EMS personnel in Texas must complete an EMS jurisprudence exam approved by the Department of State Health Services before submitting a renewal application. An EMS jurisprudence examination is a CE course covering information about Texas EMS Laws and Rules.
